AI consulting and implementation
Most small businesses don’t need AI.They need a few jobs off their plate.
We work out which jobs those are, build what handles them, and train your team to run it after we leave.

Workflow implementation
The repeated work — quoting, intake, scheduling, follow-up, reporting — usually hides inside email and spreadsheets. We sit with the people doing it, find the few steps worth automating first, and put those into production.
- Map how work actually moves through the business, not how the org chart says it does.
- Start with the smallest change that returns the most time.
- Build it into the tools you already pay for, wherever that is possible.
- Hand over documentation your team can follow without us.
How an engagement runs
Four steps, and you can stop after the first.
The assessment is priced on its own. If you take the findings and run them yourself, that is a fine outcome.
- 01
Assess
We interview the people who do the work and watch how it actually gets done. You get a written list of what to change and the order to change it in.
- 02
Pilot
We build one thing first, the smallest change that proves the approach. If it does not hold up in real use, you have spent very little finding that out.
- 03
Implement
The rest goes into production, inside the systems your team already opens every morning, with your data handled the way you agreed before we started.
- 04
Enable
We train the people who will run it and write the documentation. The point of this step is that you stop needing us.
Fit
We are not the right call for everyone.
This works when
- You have between roughly five and two hundred people.
- The person who can approve the decision is in the room.
- The work repeats: quoting, intake, scheduling, reporting, support.
- You are willing to change how a process runs, not just add a tool on top of it.
This does not
- You want a chatbot on the website and nothing else.
- You need a model trained from scratch. That is a research problem and a different firm.
- You are looking for a vendor to hand it to and never think about again.
- The main goal is to be able to say the business uses AI.

One email is enough to start. Describe the work that repeats, and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating.
